There are 5 different chapters which are separated by transparent tabs showing the categories : moves/holds, followed by spins, inverts/mounts, seats/climbs and stands. The almost 500 cards inside the box are alphabetically ordered in their own category and printed on strong paper. The cover comes with extra explanation on how you can use the box.The Cards
Each A7 card (10×7.5 cm / approx 4 × 3 inches) has a full colour photo of the move so you can clearly see the hand grip. The stars on the left indicate the level of difficulty. The code under the stars tells you in which category the card belongs. The names and variation of the move are printed in the right corner of every card.
Pole Move Box is updated from time to time and customers who own one can contact the manufacturer to obtain new cards to add to their box.
Price includes shipping to any country worldwide by tracked service!PLEASE NOTE: Pole Move Box is not an instruction tool and does not explain how to perform the moves on the cards, it is intended as a tool to inspire you and help you record your progress. If you are new to pole we suggest taking classes with an experienced instructor and when you are practicing always have a spotter nearby or use a crash mat for safety. Only practice on a professional quality pole that has been correctly installed (either static or spinning). SAFETY FIRST! The stars give an indication of the level. Some moves you may find less or more difficult than rated, depending on your flexibility or physical nature.
