"I always worry with dvds very hit and miss , this is challenging yet accessible for a beginner and has progressions for more advanced . It focous on shoulders and back and think it's very good . It's safe and allows you to access things that you would only usually learn in class I love it !!" Chloe - 15/03/2016

"Ok, love love love it. It's great for everything. You won't do splits but you do the warm-up that is necessary to transition into them. Especially was looking for back strength and flexibility, she's got your back. Don't even need to take a class for flexibility with this DVD.
