At Everything Pole Dancing we have a 28-DAY RETURN POLICY.
This means you have 14 days from the date of your order to tell us that something isn't right, your clothes don't fit or there's any other sort of problem and a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
YOU CAN BUY WITH CONFIDENCE FROM OUR POLESTORE
We believe we have the best and fairest returns policy of any pole store and we NEVER charge admin fees or re-stocking charges to exchanges or returned items.
EXCHANGES ARE FREE!
In most cases for UK clothing orders (where it's practical to do so) we will offer to send you a replacement or a different product with a pre-paid returns bag so you can return the first item to us free of charge.
WE NEVER CHARGE ADMIN CHARGES OR RE-STOCKING FEES!
If you don't want a replacement item then we will refund your purchase in full but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, postage costs are not refunded.
We do ask customers to respect the fact that we are not providing a lending service for clothes to be worn for photoshoots and then returned, however if you have worn our clothes for a photoshoot we will send you a discount voucher for your next purchase if you send in your photos and we use them on our website or Facebook page. (Please ensure you have obtained permission from the photographer or copyright-holder for us to do so.)
We do politely request that garments are returned in saleable condition please, free from deodorant and make-up marks, undamaged and with any original labels still attached, thank you.
It's unfortunately not possible for us to send out pre-paid returns bags to customers outside the UK but if the problem with your item is our fault (eg. we accidentally sent the wrong size) we will of course refund the cost of returning it to us.
If you need to return or exchange any item please contact email@example.com quoting the number on the top right corner of the invoice you received from us by email when you paid (this is not the PayPal or Nochex reference).
