Sizes - We've got you covered!
We know pole dancers come in many shapes and sizes so most of the clothes on our site can be purchased in sizes from 20" - 44" hips and 23" - 44" bust. If you can't see your size on the website please ask as we will order it for you.
We offer FREE EXCHANGES* on all stock items of clothing with no admin charge or re-stocking fee so you can buy with confidence. We do not charge admin fees or re-stocking fees. Click here to read more about our 28-day returns policy.
*Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed in saleable condition with any original labels still attached.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMISED PRINTED ITEMS under any circumstances. Once the materials have been ordered we cannot refund your purchase so please ensure that you have specified the correct size, colour and text.
We accept all credit or debit cards through PayPal or Nochex even if you don't have a PayPal account and we can also accept most popular cards over the phone or in person or bank transfers by arrangement.

Shipping - We won't keep you waiting!
We ship internationally to ALL countries worldwide and most orders are dispatched the same day.
Delivery charges are calculated on the weight and size of the products you've selected so once they have been added to your cart and an address has been entered the shipping cost will be shown. Recorded delivery is recommended, as tracking is not available without it. Our delivery rates are among the lowest of any pole store starting at just £1.45 - apart from the items that have FREE SHIPPING, of course!
Orders over £50 are given a free upgrade to recorded delivery and must be signed for on receipt.
PLEASE NOTE - prices quoted for delivery of mats are the costs of shipping within the UK MAINLAND ONLY. If you live outside this area please ask for a quote for your country by emailing us your address as shipping to other countries can cost considerably more. The average cost of shipping to Europe is between £30 - £100 depending on the size and weight of the mat.
There is a 2-3 week delivery time for mats as they are made to order.
We order from Pleaser's US warehouse 2 or 3 times a weeks so shoes arrive at your door within the UK in 7 days, often less! Other locations may take longer due to international postal services and customs clearance. Next Day Delivery is not usually available on shoes as we don't keep stock in all sizes, however if you need shoes in a hurry please ask what we have in stock in your size.
If you are buying a customised item you can enter the text you want in the box marked Additional Instructions when you checkout or send your instructions or logo to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
Returns and Refunds
We will replace any clothes and shoes free of charge where you have ordered the wrong size - simply return the item to us (unworn and in saleable condition with any original labels/packaging) and we will post out a replacement. There are no admin charges or re-stocking fees on exchanges of clothes or shoes from stock.
Mats are made to order and take 3 weeks to be dispatched, these cannot be refunded once work has begun.
Postage charges are not refunded. Unless the replacement is necessary through our error you are responsible for return postage costs. For UK orders, where practical to do so, we will often send a pre-paid returns bag for exchanges of clothes.
Cancellation of Pole Hire
Should you cancel a booking for a rented X-stage or other equipment more than 48 hours before the hire period is due to commence we will issue a 100% refund of the hire fee and 100% of delivery and collection charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the hire period is due to commence will receive a 50% refund of the hire fee and 100% of the delivery and collection charges provided we are able to cancel any courier booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the hire period commences will not be refunded either the hire fee or delivery and collection charges.
We do not hold any credit or debit card information, this is held securely by our payment partners PayPal and Nochex which were chosen for their high security and excellent reputation as well as their commitment to customer care and buyer protection.
We retain your data in hard copy only as long as necessary to process your order after which all paper is shredded by cross-cut shredder with a high security level of 4. Customer details held electronically are password protected and we comply with the Data Protection Act.
